What should I do if I receive a damaged parcel or a leaking product?

The parcel may be squeezed, vibrated, dropped during the transport, it is hard to avoid it completely. But don't worry, tell us, will give solution as soon as possible when check the your message.

How do I find the expiry date of a product?

List the expiry date on the bottom of the bottle or on the packaging of the product. Our products are usually expired for 24 months. We recommend that products are used within 6 months of opening.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

Tired of the product or don't like it? Please contact info@acanlux.com.au within 30 days of purchase and we will help you with any issues. If that doesn't solve your problem, you can return the product for a full refund. We will not re-sell returned products due to health and safety concerns, please consider environmental impact and waste.
